This field is a valuable tool for collecting data and statistics related to customers visiting, interacting and buying from the online store. This field is important for understanding and improving the customer experience, as well as for driving marketing and sales strategies. In addition, it is essential to monitor customer retention and loyalty rates, as well as their interaction on social networks.



Search On Clau.io

The section provides tools to quickly find information about customers and manage their profiles effectively within the platform.


Perform Group Actions


To perform a specific search, the % icon is used, followed by the known information about the customer. And it can be done through the fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, ID Number, User ID, External ID (which is the one from Invu POS).

Filter Users

This section provides the necessary tools to perform specific searches and segment customers effectively within the platform.


SegmentDescription
Predefined FiltersThese are pre-defined search options that make it easy for users to find specific products based on common criteria.
Custom FiltersThese are search options that can be adjusted according to your individual preferences, allowing for a more personalized experience.
Group FiltersThese are search options that allow you to segment customers according to specific categories or similar characteristics, making it easier to navigate and find them within a particular group or set of customers.
Active Tag ListThis allows you to quickly view which filters are in use and adjust them as needed for more accurate results.
ClearThis is used to remove all selected filters and reset the search to its initial state, i.e. without any filters applied.
FilterOnce the filter is set, click on this icon to execute the command.
CancelIf it is no longer necessary to run the filter, click on the Cancel icon.

Edit Customers


+ Create Client

This function allows you to easily add new users to the customer database, providing the flexibility to incorporate those who may have been registered in person or through other channels outside the virtual store.



New clients are entered in this section, but they do not have a password. Note: If the customer tries to register from the platform, it will appear as existing.


It is important that customers register directly from the online store, since when registering from the Invu POS application, they do not provide complete information such as email and phone number.


Steps for the customer to enter his or her password

  • Login to the online store.
  • Select Login.
  • Choose the Field: Forgot Password. 
  • Enter the email with which you were created as a customer. 
  • You will receive an e-mail with a link to change your password. 
  • There, you will be able to create a new password. 


Optimizes the user experience in the application, speeding up the search for information and improving customer service in real time, improving overall satisfaction and streamlining business operations.


Note: It is important to use the Clau.io checkout.

Step 1: Order Selection

  • Once inside the order, press and hold the section where the order number appears for one second. 


Step 2: Customer Search

  • Press the magnifying glass icon to start searching for a customer. 


Step 3: Enter Customer Information

  • In the search field, you can enter the email address, contact number or identification number, which in the Invu POS application is represented as RUC.


Step 4: Confirm Selection

  • Once you have selected the correct customer, press the "Done" button to confirm.


Step 5: Continue the Process

  • With the customer selected and confirmed, you can continue with the order process.
