It refers to performing a series of operations or tasks targeted at a specific group of users; these actions allow administrators to effectively manage the shop, improve the customer experience, and optimize business operations.

Send Notification
This action sends a notification to a selected group of customers. Notifications can be about promotions, updates, reminders, etc.
Add points
Reward or loyalty points are added to the accounts of selected customers. These points are usually part of a loyalty program that customers can use for discounts or rewards.
Send gift
A gift is sent to selected customers. This could be a physical product, a discount coupon, or any other form of gift.
Tag Customers
Specific tags are assigned to selected customers to better organize and segment the customer database according to certain criteria.
Remove Customer
Tags Previously assigned tags are removed from selected customers.
Permanently Delete
Users The accounts of the selected customers are permanently deleted from the system. This action is irreversible and deletes all data associated with these accounts.
Send email ($$$ +- B/.0.005 each)
Emails are sent to the selected customers. The estimated cost is B/.0.005 per email sent.
Send SMS ($$$ +- B/.0.10 ea.)
Text messages (SMS) are sent to selected customers. The estimated cost is B/.0.10 per message sent.
Extend Active Membership
The duration of the active memberships of the selected customers is extended.
Remove Membership
The memberships of the selected customers are removed.
Execute Task Action
A predefined action is executed on a specific task for the selected customers. This can involve any automated task configured in the system, such as sending emails, updating information, etc.
