This section is dedicated to comprehensively managing and administering information about employees with access to the system. From here, one can precisely control who has permissions, assign specific roles according to responsibilities, and keep each user's contact information updated. This area facilitates management and ensures that each employee has appropriate access. It is essential for optimizing system efficiency and operational security.
User Panel
It serves for user management within the system. From here, user profiles can be viewed, edited, and managed efficiently. It provides a complete overview of registered users, with quick access to critical information such as roles, contact data, and access details. This panel centralizes user management, providing total control over who accesses the system and how its functionalities are utilized.

Archived Users | Refers to the function that allows archiving or deactivating user accounts that are no longer active or currently unused in the system. |
Image | This section allows viewing the profile picture assigned to the user. |
Username | It is the name used to log in to the system. |

Last Name | It is the collaborator's last name. |
Manage User | This displays the branch where the collaborator is located. |
Phone | It is the user's contact telephone number. |

Export/Import User
It offers flexibility in managing user data in the system. It allows backing up important information or transferring it between systems. Exporting data to formats such as Excel, PDF, or Word simplifies report generation, while the ability to import users via files facilitates integration with other systems, streamlining the processes of onboarding and data updating.

Create User
This is an essential function within the system as it allows adding new user profiles. From here, administrators can assign roles, configure permissions, and add contact information. This tool facilitates the onboarding of new team members, ensuring that each user has appropriate and personalized access to the system, thereby improving efficiency and operational security.

Expiration Date | This is the date on which the new user's account will expire. (Note: If the system is not registered, it will load a preset date of 1970/01/01). |
Allowed to access Invu Administrator | This option determines if the user has permission to access the Invu POS administrator. |
Send End-of-Day | Report This option enables the system to automatically send reports at the end of the day. |
Creating a New User
To create a new user, it's necessary to go to Settings > User > Create User and fill in the fields described in this section. (Note: Primarily, it's essential to register the fields marked with a * in red).
Saved User
Temporary information about system users is displayed here. Each profile is registered with details such as username, assigned role, contact information, and relevant details. This space is crucial for managing and maintaining the integrity of the user database, providing quick access to its details, and allowing adjustments as necessary.
