Payment methods are the various alternatives that customers have to transfer money or value to the business in exchange for the products or services received. These can be in cash, checks, credit or debit cards, electronic transfers, and other methods that the business decides to add to the list.
Payment Methods
These are the different options offered for conducting a financial transaction. The choice of payment method will depend on the customer's preference. It is important to note that each payment method has its own characteristics, so it is essential to know them well before choosing one.
Cash
This is an immediate payment method that uses physical money, such as bills and coins, to make a transaction without the need for bank validation.
This method allows payments in the system to be completed in three ways to improve control when receiving the owed sum.
Full
When the customer provides the exact amount of the order and the account is automatically closed.
To make a Full Cash payment:
- Access the Payment Panel.
- Select the Cash icon.
- Choose the Full option.
- You will be automatically redirected to the home screen, where a message with the change information will appear, confirming the transaction closure.
Quick Payment
Facilitates cash payment by selecting the necessary amounts until reaching the desired amount. It also provides automatic change calculation.
This payment method is easily found at the bottom of the Payment Panel and allows for the quick registration of bills provided by the customer. Upon completing the transaction, it provides information about the exact change. Once the order is closed, a message with detailed change information delivered to the customer will appear on the Home Screen.
Partial
Facilitates returning change to the customer and allows for combined transactions with different payment methods.
To make a Partial Cash payment:
- Access the Payment Panel from the order.
- Select the Cash icon.
- Choose the Partial option.
- The Pay Amount section will automatically open to enter the desired amount, followed by clicking Accept.
- The entered amount will be deducted from the total amount in the account.
Consideration:
If you are going to make a payment combining different payment methods, once step 5 is completed, you can select the next method to complete the transaction.
If you want the change amount to be recorded, you must enter the amount provided by the customer, and it will automatically take you to the home screen, leaving an informative message at the bottom right with the amount to be returned.
Important: When choosing the last payment method, you must finalize the transaction by selecting the Full option; this way, the account will be closed with all decimals.
Debit Card
Payment with this card is one of the ways to conduct financial transactions, and it allows cash to be replaced. The payment process is usually quick and easy.

- Insert the card into the Point of Sale Terminal (POS). (If you have Integrations, the amount to be paid will automatically appear on the POS. Otherwise, it is important to register this amount traditionally on the device.)
- You will be automatically redirected to the Home Screen. (If you do not have Integrations, this will be step 5.)
Note: When selecting Partial, the Pay Amount box will open to enter the designated amount; then you must choose the next payment method.
Important: When choosing the last payment method, you must finalize the transaction by selecting the Full option; this way, the account will be closed with all decimals.

E-Commerce
Allows products to be sold both in-store and online, managing inventories, orders, and payments centrally. Purchases can be made on the website and products can be picked up in-store, or vice versa. This provides a comprehensive solution to manage all your sales and operations, providing a smooth and convenient shopping experience.
With this method, the customer carries out the entire process, and only the order reaches the system, paid or pending payment.
All Payment Methods can be edited by accessing the corresponding section for each one in the Administrative Panel.
