Panel for Managing Items
It is a tool that facilitates efficient and organized management of the elements present in a system or application. It provides an intuitive way to visualize, search, edit, and control items, helping users maintain order and consistency in their system and perform necessary actions for its proper administration.

New Item | It is the creation of a product in the database. |
Print Barcode | This icon provides access to barcode printing, where label format, description, expiration date, allergens, and other relevant item data can be set. |
Archived Items | From this field, you can access products that are archived, to view or activate them. |
Delete All | This field allows deleting all registered products. |
Image | This displays the product registration image for quick identification. |
Name | It is the title given to the product. |
Code | It is the unique identifier assigned to each product. |
Selling Price | It is the value that the product will have for the public to purchase. |
Category | This shows the classification to which each product belongs. |
Tax | This section displays the tax assigned to the product. |
Order | This section shows the organization of products in the iPad view. |
Visible on iPad | This indicates whether this product will be visible on the iPad or not. |
Status | This indicates whether this product is active or not. |
Commission | If this product has a commission for employees, the amount is recorded in this section. |
Commands | These are for Updating, Viewing, Disabling, and Cloning products (Note: This field is not titled). |
Export | Items can be downloaded in bulk to easily review menu information. |
Import | Items can be entered in bulk to easily register information. |
Select the option to import | This instruction indicates that a specific option must be chosen to carry out an import process. Import Products: Import Items: Import Multiple Price Items: |
Allowed Files | This refers to the file formats that are accepted in the system when importing. XLS, XLSX. |
Export Items | It is the multiple price format, and its download is necessary to have the correct format when doing bulk upload. System Information: Instructions: Export the necessary format to import, select the import option selector, and then upload it to the file selector for your next upload to the system. |
Import images massively | From here, images are attached massively, the system only accepts JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats. |
New Item Panel
Refers to the specific section where new elements can be created, expanded, or updated in the catalog of items or services offered to keep the database up to date to ensure that the most recent information can be accessed when carrying out sales transactions.

Barcode | It is the barcode numbering associated with the product. |
Integration Code | It is the unique identifier assigned to each product associated with the integration systems used. |
Selling Price* | It is the value that the item will have for the public to acquire. |
Online Price | It is the value that the item will have for the public to acquire within the electronic platform. |
Tax | This section selects the tax to be applied to the product. System Information: Note: This tax is applied by the category in which the item is stored; if the item has a different tax, it can be changed in this view. |
Subcategory* | This indicates the subcategorical classification that the product will carry. |
Category Selection | This indicates the categorical classification that the product will carry. |
E-commerce Subcategory | This indicates the subcategorical classification that the product will carry within electronic commerce. |
E-commerce Category Selection | This indicates the categorical classification that the product will carry within electronic commerce. |
Visible on iPad* | In this field, it is selected whether the item will be visible on the iPad or not. |
Status | It refers to the condition in which the product is presented in the system; it may or may not be available for use or interaction. |
Type | It is the classification of transactions within the system. These are: Normal, Gift Card, Certificate, Credit, Subscription, Delivery, Fiscal Credit, and Clau Gift Card. |
Order | This is the position that the item will have on the iPad. |
Open Price | By selecting this box, you can manually enter the item's value during the sales transaction instead of using the default price or scanned price of the item. |
Automatically ask quantity? | By selecting this box, the system will automatically present the option to choose the quantity. |
Commission Type | This selects how the commission given to the employee will be calculated, either as a percentage or as an amount (Value). |
Commission | This establishes the total amount given to the employee as a share for the sale of the product. |
Is Tax Applied to the Item? | It refers to the application of the corresponding tax to each individual item. System Information: Note: This value applies to establishments where the selling price already includes the added tax. |
Loyalty Points to Claim | In this field, the quantity of points that the item will credit to the loyalty club is established. |
Is there a Cost in Loyalty Points? | In this field, the quantity of points with which the item can be obtained when using the loyalty club is established. |
Promotional Selling Price | This section establishes the price that the item will have during a promotion. |
Maximum Order Quantity | Here, the maximum number of times the item can be acquired in one order is established. System Information: Note: This value applies to establishments that will sell N quantities of an item in a limited time. You can leave it at 0 if you want it to have no time limit on sales. |
Waiting Time for Next Order | It is the estimated time before the next order can be placed; it is based on the average preparation time of previous orders. System Information: Note: This value applies to establishments where a time needs to be waited to sell a requested quantity of items. After this time passes, the item counter will reset. You can leave it at 0 if you want it to have no time limit on sales. |
Allow Online Sale in E-COMMERCE Integration? | In this field, it is established whether the product is intended for distribution via electronic commerce. System Information: Note: Field used in case of integration with an E-COMMERCE, where if the field is checked, it will be sent as an item to be sold in the online system. |
Allow Item Discount? | From here, you can select whether the item will have allowed discounts. |
Preparation Time | In this field, the time required for item preparation is established and recorded in hours, minutes, and seconds. |
Count as Diner | It is relevant to calculate the total bill, assign orders to specific diners, keep track of available space in the establishment, and offer better service by knowing each diner's needs. System Information: Note: Field used for automatically counting the number of diners at the table, where the quantity of items selected with this value on, will be added up and sent when the order is finished. |
Add Multiple Prices for Item Dynamically | Description: Additional information or clarification about the item. Price: This is the other price that the item will have. Action: It is the type of order used with the product; these are: To Go, Pickup, Delivery, Normal Order, E-Commerce. |
Add Price | This command allows creating other prices for the product. Note: Prices can be created according to the type of order being used. |
Delete | This command undoes the price just created. |
Create | With this command, the previously registered information is saved, and a new product is created in the menu. |
Fields marked with (*) are required, as not completing them will prompt the system to display a message when trying to save the product: "Please correct the following input errors:" and will detail the fields that need to be filled in for the correct creation of the item.
