Reports: By Cash Register

This report details all transactions made at the cash register(s) during a given period of time and summarizes all transactions made. This report provides a detailed breakdown of sales, payment methods, taxes, and cash movements, with the objective of reconciling cash inflows and outflows with the operations performed.

Segment	Description
Start date / End date	These fields allow you to set a range of dates to consult the report generated in a set period.
Start time / End time	From here you can filter the report in a specific time interval within the day.
Search	Allows you to filter the report once the date or time has been set.
Today / Yesterday / Week / Last week / Month / Last month	These are the pre-set filters to speed up the query according to different common periods.
Entries	Shows how many entries or cases are being displayed.
Downloads	Allows you to download data in formats such as Excel or PDF for external analysis or logging.
Copy	Allows you to copy general report data directly to the clipboard.
Print	Presents a printable version of the report.
Search Bar	To search by order number, amount or description.
Cash Desk	Displays the name of the cash desk where transactions have been performed, and each report is segmented by specific cash desk. This helps to identify sales and transactions for each till registered in the system.
Till Number	Identifies the number assigned to the specific till or terminal. This helps to differentiate sales made at different cash registers within the store.
Number of Orders	Total number of orders or transactions processed during the defined shift or time period.
Subtotal	The total sum of the prices of all items before applying discounts, taxes, or gratuities.
Item Discount	The total value of discounts applied to specific items. These discounts are applied at the individual product level, rather than to the entire order.
Order Discount	The total value of discounts applied to the entire order, rather than to individual items.
Taxes	The total amount of taxes charged on transactions, generally calculated as a percentage of the subtotal.
Total Tips	The sum of all tips received during the time period under analysis.
