- Go to Settings.
- Go to General and then Usage.
- Under Storage, confirm that you have at least 1 GB of available space.
- Avoid updating the device's operating system during business operations. It is recommended to update at the end of the day or with enough time before opening the business.
- Ensure that the devices are plugged in or have more than 60% battery.
- If you are using iOS 12 or an earlier version, you may be missing out on the latest features, security improvements, and bug fixes implemented in more recent versions.

On the iPad, go to the App Store. Once opened, go to the search bar.
- Step 2
Enter Invu POS. Then, select the icon to download.
- Step 3
Wait for the download and installation to complete.
- Step 4
Once this operation is completed, you will be able to enjoy the application on the designated iPad.
Update Invu POS Application
Updating the Invu POS application is an essential process to ensure that the point-of-sale system is equipped with the latest improvements, features, and fixes that are constantly made.

It is important to update your device according to the version it has.
iOS 12 and Older Versions
- Go to the App Store on all iPads.
- At the bottom right, press the Updates icon. Note: If this button is not visible, you may already have iOS 13.
- In the Updates section, you should see the option to update Invu POS.
- Press Update next to the Invu POS logo.
- Now complete steps 1-4 for each iPad that has Invu POS.
iOS 13 and Newer Versions
- Press the profile photo at the top right of the screen.
- Press Update to the right of Invu or press Update All if you want to update all applications.
- Wait for the app(s) to update. The circular icon will show the download progress. Pressing it will pause the process if you want to interrupt it.
- When the update is ready, the circular icon will turn into Open. Pressing it will take you directly to the app.
- Now complete steps 1-4 for each iPad that has Invu POS.
