This involves adding and configuring user profiles for each employee who will use the system. This allows you to control and monitor each employee's activities within the system, as well as establish different levels of access according to their roles and responsibilities.
Create Employees
The process ensures that each employee has appropriate and secure access to the system, which facilitates the management of sales, inventory and other critical business operations.
Steps to create employees
Access the Employees Tab.
- Select the Field: Create Employees.
- Fill in the Employee's General Details.
Segment | Description |
---|---|
Name | The first name of the employee. |
Last Name | The last name of the employee. |
Date of Birth | The date on which the employee was born, in MM/DD/YYYY format. |
Address | The physical address where the employee resides. |
Role | The permissions and tasks to which the employee will have access. |
Pin | A personal identification number (PIN) used for the employee to access the system. |
Alternative Pin | A second PIN that can be used as a backup for access. |
Identification Code | A unique code assigned to the employee to identify him/her in the system. |
Identification Number | An official identification number, such as ID card number, or passport number. |
Home Phone | The employee's home landline telephone number. |
Mobile Phone | The employee's mobile or mobile phone number. |
Emergency Contact | The name of the person to be contacted in the event of an emergency involving the employee. |
Telephone Contact | The telephone number of the emergency contact. |
General Percentage | A percentage applied to certain functions or general calculations, such as commissions or discounts. |
Service Percentage | A specific percentage related to services provided by the employee, such as tips or service charges. |
Salary | The monetary compensation received by the employee, whether hourly, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. |
Color | To visually identify the employee in the system. |
Integration Code | A code used to integrate the employee into other enterprise systems or applications. |
Employee Image | A photograph of the employee for visual identification. |
